Who are your clients exactly?

Our clients are busy people who understand that their lifestyle and work is affecting their health and fitness and they want to do something about it. They are men and women between 25-65yrs who want effective, high quality exercise that will support a heathier lifestyle moving forward. They are people who are dealing with niggling aches, back pain, bad posture, over weight and generally feel fed up.

Who will your programmes work for?

My programmes are suitable for everyone and for all levels so long you are willing to make a commitment to your fitness and wellness.

Where do your classes take place?

We offer sessions in Grays, East Tilbury, Tilbury & Chadwell St Mary Essex.

What type of person do I need to be to make this work?

You don’t need to be a saint. Just someone who is open minded and genuinely willing to make the time for the change you seek.

I’ve tried lots of stuff before and nothing has worked. Does this really work?

It has changed many of our clients’ lives and made them feel empowered and in control of their bodies once again. These amazing things can be achieved so long you are consistent with your practice and you make it a habit. We will be there for you, to help you along the way, but ultimately you are in control of your own success.

If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s the right solution for me?

That’s totally understandable and that’s why we offer our free taster session. These are our timetabled group exercise sessions that will give you a chance to come and meet us and get a feel for our teaching and approach. You can also follow us on Facebook for daily tips and news.

What results can I expect?

I won’t tell you what I think, I’ll tell you what my clients say to me at the end of our sessions. They feel lifted, energised, happier and more body aware. Some of them told me how Fit4life has changed their lives, they feel calmer, less anxious and better about themselves. So it’s down to you and how you let us help you.

How quickly can I expect results?

That completely depends on your mindset and commitment. We are not a quick fix, but you get the results that you deserve. Clients that follow the process have had amazing results. We are there every step of the way to keep you on track.

It sounds great but I don’t have time?

Is your wellbeing and happiness a priority? If yes, then I know you will find the time. Our different packages will let you choose what suits you. I always say you can make fitness & wellbeing as everyday as drinking water. Do you have time to drink water? Then you have time to do something for you?

Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions?

No – before you join a class, we will have a conversation about which class level will be the best for you to join.

Is it going to be really hard?

You will be progressed at your own pace and abilities. Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable with everything but rest assured that we would never teach you exercises that are impossible, challenging yes, impossible no!
