Where are you at?

You know you should be doing something about your health, weight, flexibility and sedentary lifestyle. You know that you are not nearly as healthy as you used to be and it’s not getting better as you get older. You have friends or family members who do exercise and you understand the benefits of it but you just never got round to trying a class! Bored of the same old offered through Gyms or your worn out DVD

What problems might you be facing right now?

You spend hours sitting at a desk or you travel a lot for work. You spend hours either sitting or standing and feel that this is contributing to your weight gain, back ache, posture and discomforts. You used to do some exercise (walk, aerobics, run, cycle) but you either stopped because life got in the way or because your injuries made it painful. You travel quite a bit for work so you find it hard to commit to one class but at the same time you like the idea of having a mentors help. You LOVE the idea of finding Group Exercise sessions that are fun, interactive and offer that little bit extra that you would not find elsewhere.

What you need help with right now?

You want to strengthen & Tone up without a boring mundane routine. You are looking for a friendly group class so that you are not feeling lost or uncomfortable or surrounded my mirrors everywhere! You want coaches that motivate you beyond what you think is possible, but safely and effectively to avoid injuries and discomfort.

You know you need that extra push so you prefer a mentor who offers a class with variations for both those looking for a high impact for lower impact workout ensuring you are always challenged. You want the flexibility be able to change your class should social events or work commitments get in the way.

How can the Weekly Group Exercise sessions help you?

We offer such a variation in our classes. 30-45 mins depending on what you can spare. You can try out Aerobics, Bootcamp style Circuits, Clubbercise, Totally Shredded, Fitness Pilates, Zumba and so much more.

It includes:

  • Access from one to unlimited group exercise sessions a week
  • Access to exclusive Members’ closed Facebook Group
  • Weekly newsletter with news and useful articles, updates on members journeys and more
  • All equipment is provided so you don’t have to buy anything specific in order to attend, apart from kit for personal hygiene reasons.
